MyPlate Puzzle is a fun activity for kids to help them learn about healthy food choices and the 5 food groups. Kids can cut out all of the food pieces and then with your help they can figure out which ones belong on their plate to create a healthy meal. The activity is designed so that there are enough food choices on the first sheet that you can print just page 1 (which can help save on ink) or for more food choices you can print out both pages.
